These terms form the basis of an agreement between you and Moscow4You for private tours and related travel services in Moscow.

Legal entity

Moscow4You is operated by Individual Entrepreneur (IP) Alekseev Sergey Mikhailovich, taxpayer ID (INN) 780625495445.

Booking and confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed only after we confirm the service, date, inclusions, price and any required deposit in writing. Please check the confirmation carefully and tell us promptly if any detail is incorrect.

Prices and payments

The agreed price, currency and payment deadline are stated in the written booking confirmation. Card payments are processed through the secure Tinkoff payment form after the amount and booking reference have been confirmed. Card charges are made in Russian roubles; your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Please send any requested change or cancellation in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to a booking, including any non-refundable tickets, invitations, supplier charges or other confirmed costs, are stated in its written confirmation.

Personal belongings and third-party services

You remain responsible for personal belongings during a tour. Where a third-party supplier is needed for a confirmed service, its availability and terms may affect the booking; we will communicate any material change we become aware of.
